How do pre-orders work?Updated 19 days ago

When an item is available for pre-order, the pre-order period and estimated delivery date are indicated on the product page. We do not split orders — if you have another item in your cart that is not on pre-order and you're in a hurry, we recommend placing a separate order. 

If the size doesn't work out, no problem: within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exchange it for free (we keep a small extra stock for this purpose) or return it. 
For returns from France, a €5 return shipping contribution will be deducted from your refund. For returns from the rest of the EU, €6 will be deducted.
