Once your order has been delivered, we accept returns of unworn clothes in perfect original condition within 14 days.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your unworn item with its tag still attached. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.

For returns from France, a €5 contribution towards return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

For returns from the rest of the EU, a €6 contribution towards return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union, please visit this page: enter your email and order number, select refund, and we will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and attach to your package for returning your items to us.

↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, please contact us at [email protected]. If you're in Paris, you can also return your item at the Studio Patine located at 8, rue Martel, 75010 Paris, Tuesday to Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM (except for archive items). In this case, no amount will be deducted from your refund. All archive items are neither returned nor exchanged (both in-store and online).

Jewelry, caps, beanies, mugs, scrunchies, and Cooper coffee are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.

For hygiene reasons, please ensure you wear your underwear when trying on clothing (especially for bodysuits).
