Can all products be returned?

You can return most of our items without any problem, except for caps, scrunchies, hair clips, and earrings, which are not eligible for returns due to their one-size nature or hygiene reasons.

Oops, I removed the tag from an item I want to return — is that okay?

Can I modify my return request?

Unfortunately, once your return request has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified.

Can I get a refund for a store credit or a gift card?

It’s not possible to receive a refund to a bank card or in cash. However, you’ll either receive a new store credit or have the amount directly reloaded onto your gift card.

Can I return an in-store purchase by mail?

Unfortunately, items purchased in-store cannot be returned by mail. They can only be exchanged or refunded in-store, upon presentation of your proof of purchase.
