Once your order has been delivered, we accept and offer exchanges of unworn clothes within 14 days.

↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union, please visit this page: enter your email and order number, select the exchange option, and choose the product you wish to exchange your item for.

We will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and attach to your package for returning your items. Once we’ve received and checked them, we will ship your exchange order!

↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, please contact us directly at [email protected].

If you're in Paris, you can also make an exchange at the Patine Studio located at 8, rue Martel, 75010 Paris, Tuesday to Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM.

For items purchased at Galeries Lafayette, exchanges and returns can only be done at Galeries Lafayette.

Jewelry, caps, mugs, scrunchies, and Cooper coffee are not eligible for return or exchange due to one-size-fits-all policies.

For hygiene reasons, please ensure you wear your underwear when trying on clothing (especially for bodysuits).
