The processing time varies depending on the payment method.

For all payment types, you will be refunded within 7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that processing fees apply and will be deducted from your refund: €5 for returns from France, and €6 for returns from the European Union.

For payments made via Alma, any already paid installments will be refunded, while upcoming installments will be canceled. In case of any issues, please contact Alma’s customer service directly.

Finally, orders paid with a gift card cannot be refunded. However, the gift card used will be recredited with the corresponding amount.
