Refund timelines vary depending on your payment method.
For all payment types, you will be refunded within approximately 14 business days of receiving your return, and up to 30 days. Please note that a processing fee applies and will be deducted from your refund: €5 for returns from France, and €6 for returns from the European Union.
For payments made via Alma, any instalments already paid will be refunded, while upcoming instalments will be cancelled. If you experience any issues, please contact Alma's customer service directly.

Finally, orders paid with a gift card cannot be refunded. However, the gift card used will be re-credited with the corresponding amount.
